Bought from a well-known retailer at the end of June this year.  I was aware that it wasn’t brand-new -  the retailer thought it may have been a demonstration model. I have only today noticed a label on the box saying “Used.  Very good condition“.   Anyway, to me it appeared to be unused when purchased.

It has a different style of limb pocket (like some of the Merlin brand risers) which are excellent. There are some marks here as can reasonably be expected from normal use.    I have noticed that a couple of letters from one of the Uukha decals near the riser handle are missing (see photo). Overall I consider the riser to be in excellent condition.

It’s a very well-made, quality product and, when following the manufacturers instructions, I found it to be extremely straightforward to set up / adjust (e.g. limb / stabiliser alignment, weight adjustment).   I was impressed.

It weighs a bit less than most aluminium risers (1125g), aiming to attract those of us looking to reduce fatigue when shooting.

Cannot remember the name of the grip I chose but, personally, I think the grip is excellent which I wish I could transfer to my other risers.   The clicker extension bar slots into the riser and is held in place by a magnet.

Reason for sale - I thought the riser had a distinctive and positive feel when shooting but I have decided to return to my ultra-lightweight riser which is more comfortable for me. The Uukha has had very moderate use since purchased.

If interested, any perspective buyer would be welcome to try it out but you need to come to Warwickshire.
