In pretty good condition visually, few marks from bolts. Perfect working order. Has been attached to a Rev 40 for the last 12 months or so and used extensively with no issues. 

Comes with the limb pad and the arrow guide for the shelf. Will come with original string and all bolts and a roll of 3m tape to secure the pad and guide.
