This is a Yew Selfbow Japanese Longbow I have made alongside 3 others which are also listed here 

Arashi was made from a particularly wavy Pacific Yew branch which also had the perfect Deflexed handle grown for us by the tree. The tip overlays are white Oak 

Coming in around 30lbs at 28" the bow is working very well. The string is set to the right at 8" brace and the bow is shot thumdraw.

I have birchbark Backed other Maruki I have made but the sap wood was too pretty to cover and the bow is working well regardless. This was a difficult tiller but this branch naturally stores energy well and feels smooth and quiet 

At this price I can include 3 arrows matched to the bow and a fresh string ordered to you. I can also include another handle colour. Please keep in mind that postage in the UK is around £50
