This is bow is named Senshi and is no 15 of my finished bows

This is a 63.5" Japanese longbow formed from a Yew branch to create a Maruki Selfbow. Shot with thumb draw on the right hand side of the bow and coming around 30lbs at 28". I have shot the bow hundreds of times already so I am confident in the stave and it's ability 

The handle is formed for Asiatic shooting and the string line is set to the right. You use a slight flick of the wrist to move the bow out of the way if the arrow allowing various shaft materials to be used. I happily shoot aluminium from these extremely traditional bows 

The bow performs very well with a Deflex reflex design and is both smooth and quiet as well as extremely pretty 

The tip Overlays are spalted maple and the bow is finished with reclaimed leather on the handle. I can offer a choice between chocolate or tan leather.At the set price I can offer 3 arrows matched to the bow and also order a fresh Flemish twist string to be delivered to you with all postage included. I am also open to offers but please keep in mind that postage comes in around £50 within the Uk
